Every permit issued shall become invalid unless the work authorized by such permit is commenced within 180 days after its issuance, or if the work authorized by such permit is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180 days after the times the work is commenced. $50 of the permit fee is non-refundable for cancelled permits. “As Built” plans are required before a Certificate of Occupancy is issued for all Commercial projects and any Residential projects that have had changes made to the original drawings. One (1) courtesy re-inspection per type with a $60 fee for every re-inspection.
